Old Tafo, Monday, June 2, 2025 — As part of his continued commitment to education and youth empowerment, the Member of Parliament for Old Tafo Constituency, Hon. Vincent Ekow Assafuah, has donated essential stationery supplies to Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates across the constituency.

The donation exercise, which took place earlier today, saw hundreds of candidates from various schools receive examination materials including mathematical sets, pens, pencils, rulers, and erasers. The initiative is aimed at easing the financial burden on parents and boosting the confidence of students as they prepare to sit for their final examinations.

Addressing the students during the distribution exercise, Hon. Assafuah encouraged the candidates to stay focused, remain confident, and give off their best in the exams. He reaffirmed his unwavering support for education and reiterated his belief that the youth of Old Tafo are capable of achieving greatness when given the right tools and encouragement.
